PURPOSE:To eliminate interference and to make quantitative measurement with high sensitivity and high accuracy by mathematically solving the spectra interfered by a proximity line. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor driving circuit 40 runs a stepping motor 41 when a start instruction is emitted from a computer 44. The spectrum of a preliminarily assigned wavelength section is thereby actually measured. The actually measured spectrum is displayed on the CRT of the computer 44. A disturbance peak is synthesized by simulation if there is the peak to disturb the analysis line. The disturbance can be removed from the analysis line by subtracting the actually measured spectrum if the disturbance peak is successfully simulated. The peak height of the analysis line is easily obtd. in this case and the measurement of the sample is completed.
