PURPOSE:To prevent the communication of other line terminal equipment connected in parallel from being disturbed by applying automatic dialing when an automatic dial start time is detected and the loop open state is obtained and applying automatic dial when the loop open state comes at the loop close state. CONSTITUTION:A time is read by using an interruption signal at every minute from a timer circuit 3 by a control section 6, the automatic dial start time stored in a storage circuit 2 is compared with a present time, and when the both are coincident, the state of a telephone line 4 is checked by a telephone line state detection circuit 7. When the telephone line 4 is in the loop open state, a dial signal generating circuit 5 is used according opposite telephone number information stored in the storage circuit 2 to apply automatic dial immediately. When the telephone line 4 is in the loop close state, the equipment waits until the loop open state comes and automatic dialing is applied by using the dial signal generating circuit 5 according to the opposite telephone number information stored in the storage circuit 2.
