PURPOSE:To form materials corresponding to respective functions as an integrated ceramic ferrule by partially heating a ceramic material before sintering to form a part requiring high accuracy as a sintered body with high hardness and applying surface hardening processing to a temporarily sintered part. CONSTITUTION:A leading end part 21 and a slide outer diameter part 22 require both accuracy and hardness. The whole fine hole 1 part for an optical fiber does not require the accuracy and hardness, but only the hole diameter part on the leading end part requires the accuracy and hardness. Thereby, only the part requiring the accuracy and hardness is partially heated before sintering to prepare a binder to be used for partial sintering. The viscosity of the temporarily sintered parts 23, 24 can be also improved by casing processing based on a waterproof agent after the end of molding work and grinding work. In addition, it is necessary to protect the material by coating it with a resin material. Since the part requiring the accuracy and hardness requires only a slight area as compared to the whole ferrule, the production cost can be reduced.
