PURPOSE:To reduce oscillations of a high frequency component originating from a measurement error that measurement spectra contain and to display a video close to a real shape with high resolution by shaping a known test body as to have a distribution (corrected Gaussian distribution) formed of two Gaussian distributions in combination. CONSTITUTION:When the distribution obtained by combining the two Gaussian distributions is employed as the know shape of a reference body, the Fourier transformed value of the known shape is small in a high frequency range and oscillations are small. Consequently, even if measurement spectra contain a measurement error and the Fourier transformed values of the measurement spectra are large in the high frequency range, they can be canceled by the Fourier transformed value of the know shape to reduce high frequency components of an unknown shape to be displayed, thereby obtaining a sharp 6 video with high resolution. |
