PURPOSE:To inhibit the deterioration of a critical current and to increase a substantial current flow capacity by a method wherein the temperature rise of the connection part of a superconductivity wire and a power lead is inhibited lowly by annexing a heat sink on the connection part. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting wire 1 with numerous Nb-Ti alloy filaments arranged dispersedly in a Cu-Ni alloy matrix is connected to a power lead 2 with a solder 3 and afterward, a heat sink 41 provided fins 5 is annexted on the side of the superconducting wire 1 with a solder 3. According to such a way, the Joule heat to be generated when a current makes a transition from the power lead 2 to the filament parts of the superconducting wire 1 can be absorbed quickly and the temperature rise of the connection part can be inhabited lowly. Accordingly, the dete-rioration of the critical current can be suppressed and the substantial current flow capacity can be increased. |
