PURPOSE:To realize light weight by directly connecting a piston driving type vacuum pump to the rotating shaft of a rotating machine and inclining the driven shaft of a pump to engage with the rotating shaft so as to rotate a cylinder block synchronously with the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotating plate 12 is connected and fixed to the periphery of the boss of a rotating shaft 4 and a steel ball 13A of a piston device 13, a rod 13B and a piston 13C are provided. As the rotating shaft 4 rotates, a driven shaft 5 is rotated and a cylinder block 14 is also rotated. And the air introduced through a slit 18A is discharged from a discharge port 19A. For this reason, light weight is realized with simple construction.
