PURPOSE:To rapidly and simply perform each operation, reaction operation and optical measurement, by a method wherein principal parts used in analytical operation on the basis of a predetermined sequence are arranged in close vicinity to each other and cooperated in connection with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a sampling table 4 is rotated and a predetermined specimen container 1 reaches a sample sucking position (a), the specimen in the container 1 is injected in the reaction tube 5 in parts corresponding to an emitting position (b) by a sampling pipet device 9. When the specimen in a specimen container 3 for an emergency specimen, said specimen is similarly injected in the reaction tube 5 in parts. Subsequently, the reagents of the reagent bottles 10, 12 of reagent tables 7, 8 are portionwise injected in the container 5 through reagent pipets 11, 13. The reaction liquid in each tube 5 is subjected to colorimetric measurement, fluorescent analysis, electrolyte analysis and oxygen immunoassay in an optical measuring apparatus 14, a fluorescent detector 15, an electrode side measuring device 18 and a bead table 16. The reaction tube 5 after the finish of measuring operation is washed by a reaction tube washing apparatus 19.
