PURPOSE:To obtain high tension from a simple circuit, and shorten the time of rise, by connecting a first and a second conductivity type MOS transistors to a capacitor specifically, and by providing a diode for interrupting discharge from the capacitor to a power source. CONSTITUTION:so far as the first NOS transistor(hereinafter, Tr1) of a channel P is concerned, a source is connected to a power terminal 1, and a gate is connected to a clock input terminal 3. So far as the second MOS transistor(hereinafter, Tr1) of a channel N is concerned, the source is earthed, and the gate is connected to the clock input terminal 3, and a drain is connected to the drain of Tr1. A capacitor C is connected between the connecting point of the drains of Tr1, Tr2 and an output terminal 4. In this case, a diode D is connected between the output terminal 4 and the power terminal. Then, by the voltage of the high potential side terminal(output terminal)4 of the capa-1 citor C, the output of high tension according to fed voltage(voltage at a nodal point) can be generated.
