PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of construction work by a method in which a plurality of anchor bolts matched with the holes of a base plate are connected with a frame to form a guage material, which is set in a formwork for column base, reinforcing bars are set in the formwork, and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vertical anchor bolts matched with a plurality of holes 2 for bolts in a base plate 1 are connected with a frame 4 to form a gauge material 34. A lower end bar 8A is housed on the bottom of a column base formwork 5, a lower end bar 6A for underground beam is set, and an uprising bar 8B for column base and a hoop 8C are housed. The gauge material 34 is set on the central part, a web bar 6B for underground beam is set, and an upper end bar 6C for underground beam is set on the bar 6B, and a stirrup for underground beam is set. Concrete 7 is packed into the formwork 5 and hardened to form a foundation column base 10, and a steel column 11 is built up through cement mortar 12 and the base plate 1 on the column base 10.
