PURPOSE:To permit a quick opening and closing of a throttle valve, by providing a bypass pipe for bypassing an orifice interposed in a piping to an actuator for actuating a throttle valve and opening a bypass valve in the pipe when a compressor turns on or off. CONSTITUTION:In an outdoor type air-conditioner comprising first and second air-conditioning units, respective compressors are driven by an internal combustion engine through electromagnetic clutches 12, 13 and the respective clutches 12, 13 are controlled by a control unit. In the case, the throttle valve 1 is actuated by a negative pressure operating type actuator and its negative pressure chamber is coupled with a pressure accumulator 8 through a control valve 6 and a pressure regulating valve 5. An orifice 3 is interposed in the negative pressure pipe 103 between the negative pressure chamber and the pressure regulating valve 5 and the orifice 3 is bypassed to be coupled with a bypass pipe 104 with a bypass valve 4 interposed therein. When the clutches 12, 13 is engaged or disengaged, the bypass value 4 is opened for opening the throttle valve 1 quickly.
