PURPOSE:To permit the cutting edge of a plow device to sufficiently bite in by a method in which a plow body is pivotally supported in such a way as to enable it to turn freely to a given position of the back side in relation to its excavating face, and a projected resistor is projectionally provided to the back face. CONSTITUTION:A projected resistor 2 is attached to the rear end of a reinforcing piece 15 erectly provided to the back side of a plow body 1, and a horizontal lever 3 is formed on a given position of the back side of the body 1. The rotation of the body 1 is regulated to within a given range of the back side in relation to its plowing and excavating face by bringing the rear end of the piece 15 into contact with the lever 3.
