<p>PURPOSE:To expect reliable movement of a deadman's device at all times, by providing a member to move across the centre line of a handle shaft of a master controller by a lever of the deadman's device, and by detecting the movement of this member. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 2 is pushed with a knob 1(a) of a handle grasped, a moving member 5 is moved to the position to cross the centre line and its optical reflecting surface 5(a) comes to face a light emitting diode 4(a) a photodiode 4(b) of a contactless switch 4. As a result, the light generated from the light emitting diode 4(a) is reflected on the optical reflecting surface 5(a) of the moving member 5 and injected into the photodiode 5(b), so that a signal is outputted from the contactless witch 4. By the signal of the contactless switch 4 the deadman's function is exercised. Thus a deadman's device can be superb in endurance and easily keep high reliability without recourse to a mechanical movable contact or to a flexible lead.</p> |
