<p>PURPOSE:To make the detection of a target sharp, by analyzing the polarized wave of an interference wave and allowing the polarized wave of a transmitting signal to cross the polarized wave of the interference wave at a right angle according to the analytical result. CONSTITUTION:Detection element antennae 7a-7m are set to a lower gain as compared with an array antenna 1 so as to receive only an arrival interference wave having a level higher than that of the reflected signal from a target and the interference waves received by respective antennae 7a-7m are separately synthesized to a vertical component V and a horizontal component H by power synthesizers 8a-8b and both components are guided to a polarized wave analyser 9 to analyze the polarized wave characteristics of the interference waves. According to this analytical result, the radar transmitting signal generated from a transmitter 4 is synthesized to a polarized wave crossing the polarized waves of the interference waves at a right angle by polarized wave synthesizers 10a-10n to be emitted from the antenna 1.</p> |
