PURPOSE:To quickly send a bit of information such as arrival time and taxi number, while the taxi is moving on the street to a caller who corresponds to a terminal station in the equipment such as a taxi, by providing a transmitter for data transmission which uses a weak radio wave to each terminal station connected to a base station by a cable to each mobile station. CONSTITUTION:When a request for a taxi service is given to a base station 1 through a communication network 2 from a user 3n of a terminal station 3, the base station 1 identifies a taxi 51 located closest to the requester among mobile stations 5 via an operation processing unit 4, gives a massage to the taxi 51 as a prescribed car arranging command via a radio communication equipment 6, the taxi 51 confirms the information and moves toward the user 3n. At this time, the number and the arrival time of the taxi are informed to the user 3n. On the other hand, as the taxi 51 approaches the user 3n, the taxi 51 sends the taxi name and taxi number to the user 3n by means of the transmitter 9 using a weak radio wave. The user 3n uses a transmitterreceiver 8 to receive said radio wave to confirm the number of the taxi 51 and informs back the taxi of its reception.
