PURPOSE:To make incorporation of the title coil into a refrigerant container easy by making only one side of a spacer for cooling channel formation adhere to the surface of another pancake coil, by conducting a release treatment between the other surface of the spacer and a thermosetting resin impregnated fiber base material and by pressing and heating only the pancake coil. CONSTITUTION:A mold releasing agent 7 is provided between the adhesive surfaces of the only one side fiber base material 6 of a unit pancake coil and a spacer 3. The unit pancake coil is pressed and heated by providing a jig for pressing and hardening corresponding to the spacer 3 at the region where the mold releasing agent 7 is touched at the time of pressing and heating for the adhesion of the spacer 3. In this system, the pressing and the heating for the adhesion of the spacer 3 are carried out for every unit pancake and can be assembled in a refrigerant container in sequence. The operation is repeated for every pancake but a larger production installation is not required, the assembly works in the refrigerant container are improved and the assembly works of the spacer 3 and the fiber base material 6 in the pancake coil are made easy. |
