PURPOSE:To efficiently use the entire transmission line in response to the change in traffic by string the number of times of an address of a transmission station for a data inputted from the transmission line and the number of times of the data received by the transmission station by a device connecting the transmission line and supervising the number of times. CONSTITUTION:A transmission line la and a transmission line access means 4-1 are connected, the transmission line access means 4-1 is connected to an address separation means 5 and a transmission control means 9 and the address separation means 5 is connected to a reception station address comparison means 6 and a transmission station address means 7-1 of a storage means 7. The reception station address comparison means 6 is connected to the transmission control means 9 and the storage device 7-3 of the storage means 7, and the transmission station address comaprion means 7-1 is connected to an address storage emans 7-2 and the storage device 7-3. A supervisory means 8 is connected to the storage device 7-3 of the storage means 7 and the transmission control means 9 is connected to a transmission line access means 4-2. Thus, in applying communication in one and same transmission line, the data is not transmitted to other transmission lines and the transmission efficiency of the entire transmission line is improved.
