PURPOSE:To obtain a process capable of preparing continuously a continuous length tube impregnated with a curable resin, by pouring the curable resin into a circular molding space preset at a mold, and by drawing out through the molding space the group of sheets where a plurality of fibrous sheets in band form are arranged cylindrically. CONSTITUTION:A circular molding space 3 having a definite length is formed between the core 1 of a mold and the outer die 2 of the mold, and a tubular inner skin 4 and a tubular outer skin 5 are drawn out through the molding space 3. A synthetic resin film is used as the inner skin 4 and the outer skin 5. A fibrous sheets 6 in band form the group of sheets where a plurality of sheets are arranged cylindrically as being overlapped each other, and a curable resin 8 is poured from a pipe 9 into the molding space 3 between the inner skin 4 and the outer skin 5. As the curable resin 8 polyester resin or epoxy, resin is used mainly. The group of sheets 7 is impregnated with the curable resin 8 and respective fibrous sheets 6 in band form are bound with the impregnating resin. Accordingly, from the molding space 3 is drawn a curable resin impregnated tube A where both inner and outer surfaces of the group 7 of sheets in cylindrical form impregnated with the curable resin 8 are covered by the inner skin 4 and the outer skin 5.
