PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of lowering of efficiency of utilization of message queue by providing a storing means that stores messages that can not e stored an entry of fixed length in a overflow queue on a virtual storage constituted of an entry of fixed length. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with an overflow queue storing means 7 that stores excess message text that can not be stored in the entry of a message queue in an empty entry of an overflow queue. A message queue storage control means 6 makes storing and releasing of messages to a message queue 3 and expansion and and reduction of the message queue 3, and the overflow queue storage control means 7 makes storing and releasing of messages that can not be stored by the message queue 3 to an overflow queue 4 and expansion and reduction of the overflow queue 4. Thus, the message queue can be controlled by unit of entry, and a message queue control means can be made simple, and at the same time, lowering of efficiency of utilization of the message queue due to limitation of number of entries and the size of message storing area can be prevented. |
