PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent mechanical characteristics such as impact resistance, permanent antistatic properties, etc., by blending a polyamide elastomer with a thermoplastic styrene resin and an org. halogen compd. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide-forming component (a) (e.g., caprolactam) is reacted with a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol (b) which has a number-average MW of 200-6,000 and in which both terminals are optionally aminated or carboxylated, and optionally a dicarboxylic acid component and a diamine component to obtain a polyamide elastomer (A). 100pts.wt. mixture of 1-90pts.wt. component A and 99-10pts.wt. thermoplastic styrene resin (B) (e.g., a styrene/rubbery polymer/acrylonitrile copolymer) is blended with 1-60pts.wt. org. halogen compd. (C) (e.g., decabromodiphenyl ether) as a flame retarder and optionally Sb2O3, a thermoplastic polymer, an antistatic agent, an antioxidant, a dye, a lubricant, etc.
