<p>PURPOSE:To easily input Japanese language document information by adopting a menu system and direct system in the input stage of Japanese language document information. CONSTITUTION:In the input stage of Japanese language document information, Japanese menus preliminarily stored in a file part is displayed on an output screen with respect to information having a high frequency in use and these Japanese means are selected to generate sentences. Improper parts of connection parts of sentences generated by Japanese menus and connection of them and improper parts including newly generated words are corrected by the direct input while being confirmed on the output screen. New words required in this stage are added to Japanese menus. Since encoding is unnecessary, Japanese language document information is easily inputted.</p> |
