PURPOSE:To automatically detect the occurrence of system fault at its early stages by detecting fault of an operating system by combining optional tasks in the system. CONSTITUTION:In task fault judging process, it is examined whether the task status of relevant task is in operation or not. When the task is in operation, time of receiving of information of operation is subtracted from present time, and the result is compared with task fault judging time interval. When the result is larger than the task fault judging time interval, it is regarded that occurred in the task. A fault judging standard table termination judging section judges whether processing for the number of tasks registered in a fault judging standard table 5 is terminated or not. That is, processing from fault judging standard table information inputting process to the task fault judging process is repeated until the fault judging standard table termination judging section judges that the fault judging standard table 5 is terminated. Finally, the occurrence of a fault is reported to outside by the fault occurrence informing process. |
