The polypropylene yarn(1) having 900-1000 denier is put into a warm tank(2) which temperature is 80≦̸C, and is passed into a synthetic paste tank(3) in which the paste composed of glue of 60%, PVA of 20%, glycerin of 1%, and CMC 19%. The treated yarn is dried up to 60% by the fan(4) and is doubled in thickness to give a thick polypropylene yarn.
