PURPOSE:To easily perform positioning of guide rails, by constituting a frame structure such that side surface plates, forming their bottom parts into an L- shape and mounting the conveyer guide rails, are secured overlapping to the inside of a bottom surface plate of U-shaped section, in case of the captioned frame structure for a cutting chip or the like. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left side surface plates 17, folding their sections to be formed into a squared shape opening its one end, are secured through sealing members 18 overlapping to both internal sides 16a, 16b of a bottom surface plate 16 curved forming its section into a U-shape. And a frame structure previously provides bottom guide rails 15 by spot welding in bottom curved parts 17a, 17b of said side surface plates 17 while upper guide rails 14 to be left as welded through brackets 19 to the internal walls of said plates 17. In this constitution, positioning of the guide rails can be easily and correctly performed because the guide rails 14, 15 are welded to the frame structure before it is assembled.
