PURPOSE:To increase the fixing strength of permanent magnets with high productivity and reliability by thermally deforming a plastic cylinder and thermally welding the plastic cylinder to the outer circumferential section of a shaft so as to bury corresponding sections between the permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 2 are stuck to a shaft l through an adhesive layer 3, and the shaft l is covered with a plastic cylinder 4 previously molded to a cylinder shape. Ultrasonic vibrators 5 are each pressure-welded to four positions corresponding between the permanent magnets 2 in the plastic cylinder 4 from thc outside. the plastic cylinder 4 is thermally deformed along the outer surfaces of the shaft l and the permanent magnets 2, and fast stuck to the shaft l and the permanent magnets 2.
