PURPOSE:To improve transparency and adhesion of the titled film by dissolving a specified polyamide acid contg. at least one among specified four recurrent units and another recurrent unit as principal component in an org. polar solvent consisting primarily of dimethyl acetamide. CONSTITUTION:Polyamide acid containing at least one recurrent unit among recurrent units expressed by the formulas I-IV, and a recurrent unit expressed by the formula V, as principal components is dissolved in an org. solvent consisting primarily of dimethyl acetamide. In the formulas I-IV, X1-X4 are H, CH3, C2H5, NO2, F, COOH or Cl; X5 is O, SO2, CH2, S or CO; X6 is SO2 C(CH3)2 of C(CF3)2. In the formula V, R is divalent hydrocarbon group; R' is a univalent hydrocarbon group; y is an integer 1-4; n is a positive integer to give 0.01-0.005 to n/(m+n). Namely, it is necessary to regulate so that the recurrent units expressed by the formulas I-IV becomes 1-5mol% of the sum of the recurrent units expressed by the formulas I-IV and the recurrent unit expressed by the formula V.
