PURPOSE:To prevent double preset by lighting an indicator when a reception frequency is coincident with a preset frequency at tuning operation. CONSTITUTION:An electronic tuning type radio receiver is constituted with an antenna 10, a radio reception section 11, a speaker 12, a synthesizer section 13, a control section 14, an I/O15, an ROM16, an RAM17, a CPU18, an operating section 19 and a display section 20. Frequencies preset by a preset key are stored in the RAM17, and the CPU18 reads the preset frequency from the RAM17 every time when the reception frequency is stepped up or down one by one step at manual tuning operation and compared with the reception frequency. When the preset frequency and the reception frequency are coincident, the preset of the reception frequency is informed by allowing the indicator of the display section 20 to be lighted. |
