PURPOSE:To eliminate standby time by providing a means for comparing the limit of operation of a communication line and a means for receiving and processing information transmitted from the number of supervisory panels being the number of communication lines or over to a centralized supervisory panel. CONSTITUTION:The system of a remote supervisory device supervising centralizingly equipment and apparatus of a building is constituted by an installed equipment installed in a building 64, a supervisory device 2 including a data controller 60, a communication controller 61 and a timer device 62, modulators- demodulators 3, 4, network controllers 5, 6 and a centralized supervisory panel 8. The centralized supervisory panel 8 is provided with a means comparing the limit of operation of the communication lines, and when a signal controlling a communication line from the number of communication lines being the limit number of the communication lines, the line is opened from a line with a higher priority among the lines during communication so as to attain the incoming of the information newly from the installed equipment. |
