PURPOSE:To prevent an cffect on a control circuit of noises resulting from a surgo hy connccting a rectifier and a capacitor connected in series in parallcl betweer an anode ard a cathode for an clectric valvc, connccting both ends of thc capacitor to a powcr circuit and absorbing the surge. CONSTITUTION:A rectifier 7 and a capacitor 8 conncctcd in sories are conrocted in parallel between an anode and a catbode for a three-terminal controllable electric valve 6. A power circuit 15 lowering the terminal voltage of the capacitor 8 and feeding it as tbe driving power of the electric valve 6 is connected in parallel with the capac itor 8. The surges of the rectifier and the oapacitor 8 are absorbed by the power circuit 15 while the electric valve 6 is supplied with powcr for controlling drive.
