PURPOSE:To reduce the fraction defective by wrapping oxide, by pouring molten metal on a filter net stretched above the opening of a sleeve of the lower mold and catching the oxide generated in the sleeve as holding the filter net by an upper mold and the lower mold. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal is poured from a ladle 7 into the sleeve 5 under condition of opening the upper mold 1 as holding the filter net 8 made of a glass cloth having a little greater size (d) than the sleeve diameter at higher position by height (h) from the lower face of a runner 3. In this way, the generated oxide is removed. Next, the filter net 10 is laid on the opening of the sleeve 5, and this periphery is held by the lower face of the closed upper mold and the lower mold surface. At the time of pressurizing the molten metal toward the upper mold by ascending the plunger 6, the oxide generated in the sleeve 5 is partially 12 caught by the filter net 10 and the fine particles 11, passing through the net is caught in the pouring basin 4. The clean molten metal is sent to cavity 9, through the runner 3 under pressurize, to obtain the forging product by the pressurized forming.
