PURPOSE:To form a conveyer into a small size, by constituting the conveyer curving its upper end to the lower in an elevation angle smaller than that of a sloped part of the conveyer, in case of the chip conveyer which feeds a cutting chip or the like to be relocated. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of sloped parts 21 of a conveyer belt 17 is curved to the lower by an elevation angle alpha smaller than the elevation angle thetaof the sloped parts 21. And a sprocket 10 is arranged winding conveyer belt 17 to be mounted. By this constitution, a collected chip on a horizontal part 20 is conveyed into an opening part 3 by scraper plates 19 in accordance with the rotation of the conveyer belt 17. Accordingly, a conveyer 1, which enables the chip to be surely conveyed, can be formed into a small size with no necessi ty for changing the angle in the sloped part of the conveyer and/or increasing its total length.
