PURPOSE:To simulate various unstationary variations in flow state which can be seen in an actual duct transportation system by connecting ducts to many solenoid valves in parallel and controlling a fluid flow rationally. CONSTITUTION:Plural ducts 1 for flow state observation are connected to a pump 2 in parallel, terminal sides are connected to many, i.e. about 100 solenoid valves 4 in parallel through thin pipes 3, and a circulation duct 6 which returns water from a water tank 3 to the pump 2 is provided. The solenoid valves 4 corresponding to the respective ducts 1 for observation are opened and closed automatically by a controller 14 according to a flow state pattern set by a setter 13. Consequently, the same pressure variation state as waving propagation of pressure variation in an actual water supply pipe is caused in a duct 1 for observation, and thus unstationary dynamic flow state variation due to the waving propagation of the pressure variation can be simulated.
