PURPOSE:To prevent a filter plug from clogging, by feeding the filter plug preferentially from a concave part of the filter plug in a hopper, and keeping the top of the filter plug inside the hopper almost flat. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 1 is one that installs two plates 1a at an interval almost equal to length of a filter plug B in front and in the rear, and sets up a bottom plate 1b in the lower part as in fan-shaped form, and in the downside, there are provided with plural feeders 2 in parallel. Each feeder 2 is one that combinedly installs cylinders 2a formed in almost serrated form in section each up and down, and the tooth space 2b bits the filter plug B piece by piece, whereby the plug is fed out of a feed hole 2c installed in the lower part of the feeder 2 one by one. Then a fact that the filler plug B inside the hopper 1 runs short, insomuch that replenishment is necessary is detected by a detector or visual observation. Next, a box body C is loaded and its height is adjusted to the top of the filter plug B inside the hopper 1.
