The cleaning takes place by means of a transport track (6) which lowers the hooks into a cleaning vessel (10) filled with hot lye which loosens any deposits attached to the hooks. After this treatment, the hooks are rinsed with water under high pressure, then to be moved on a driven chain transporter to an allocation line where their locating positions are manually greased. |
