PURPOSE:To reduce the scale of a user program and to facilitate the development of the program by checking the propriety of a logic message after registering the check type for propriety of the input data as well as the conditions of propriety of the input data. CONSTITUTION:The contents of the message type and the foul conditions are previously stored in a message type store means 4 and a foul condition store means 7 respectively by means of each utility program. the input data received by a data receiving means 3 is converted into a logic message type by a message compiling means 5 according to the message type stored in the means 4. If an instruction is stored by the means 7 for check of the propriety, a condition deciding after-processing execution means 8 checks the propriety for the type stored in the means 7. Then the foul input data if decided is displayed 1 with blinking to give a warning to an operator.
