PURPOSE:To make possible the recovery of phosphor and needless the frequent exchange of a removing means by push-sliding the side surface of cylindrical rollers provided so as to be rotatable around each central axis contacting to each other respectively and freely movable to contact or separate on the lower end of a glass bulb. CONSTITUTION:Two cylindrical rollers 5,5 made of synthetic resin or rubber or the like are provided under a glass bulb 1. The two rollers 5,5 are constructed so as to be able to contact to each other at a point 8 on their side surface 7,7 or to separate in locations 9,9. Further the cylindrical rollers 5,5 are constructed so as to be able to move in the directions indicated by the arrow C and D while rotating in the directions of the arrow A and B being contacted to each other. And by moving the upper side surface 10,10 of the cylindrical rollers toward the left C or the right D while pressing the lower end 2 of the bulb 1, and by the rotation of the cylindrical rollers the solid phosphor 4 can be removed from the lower end 2.
