Flight testing flying objects with a high-altitude balloon

By dropping flying objects from great heights of approximately 45 km, the said objects being brought there with high-altitude balloons, the aero-dynamic/mechanical flight measurements are to be carried out in the ultrasonic range, transonic range, and subsonic range. The flight tests are required for developing and designing flying objects for fields of aviation and aerospace. <IMAGE>
