PURPOSE:To attain initialization of a microprocessor of a device to be monitored by discontinuing the output of the carrier signals of a modulator of a monitor device when the microprocessor of the device to be monitored is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:When a microprocessor 221 set at an information processing control part 22 of a device 2 to be monitored is abnormal, the abnormality detecting signal is sent to a microprocessor 121 of a monitor device 1 via a transmission line 3. The processor 121 receives the detecting signal and immediately cuts off the carrier output of a modulator 111 of a signal transmitting part 11. Thus a signal transmitting part 21 of the device 2 detects that the output of the carrier signal is discontinued and outputs the carrier stop detecting signal to the part 22 in order to reset initialization with the processor 221. Then the part 22 receives the detecting signal and initializes the processor 221. |
