PURPOSE:To execute individual image processings of the inside and the outside of an interested area (ROI) at high speed by providing an image processing means consisting of hardware. CONSTITUTION:Two-dimensional address information outputted from an address generator 4 is simultaneously sent to a plane memory 1 and picture memories 3a, 3b, and 3c, and information '0' or '1' is written in the plane memory 1 by a host controller 3. That is, '0' is written for a pick cell on the outside of the ROI of picture memories, and '1' is written for a pick cell on the inside of the ROI. Images to be processed are stored in picture memories 3a and 3b, and picture data read out from both picture memories are sent to an ALU 5. Simultaneously, one-bit data is read out from the plane memory 1 and is sent to the ALU 5. Since data inputted to the ALU 5 are read out from the same address of picture memories and the plane memory, picture memory data is data in the ROI at an optional time if the data of the plane memory at that time is '1'. |
