PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity in a long wavelength region and the stability to repetitive uses by incorporating amorphus titanyl phthalocyanine particles having <=0.1mum grain size as an electric charge generating material into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge generating layer is formed by coating a coating compd. prepd. by dispersing the charge generating material into a solvent or the coating compd. prepd. by dispersing the charge generating material and suitable binder resin into the solvent on a conductive layer. The amorphous titanyl phthalocyanine particles having <=0.1mum grain size are incorporated as the charge generating material into said layer, by which the electrophotographic sensitive body having the high sensitivity in the long wavelength region and having the excellent stability to the repeated uses is obtd. |
