PURPOSE:To contrive the ensurement of an insulating distance and the reduction of the restriction of soldering conditions by providing a structure in which an insulating case comprising projections for insulating wound and soldered parts of lead wires from one another is attached to a coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil bobbin 10 comprises flanges 23 and 24 on both sides and the flange 23 is provided with drawing grooves 14 and also terminals 22 planted. Lead wires 12 and 13 from a primary coil 11 are drawn out from the drawing grooves 14 and are wound and soldered on the terminals 22. Also, several fixing clicks 15 fitting in fixing holes 20 of an insulating case 18 are arranged on both sides of the flange 23 and the flange 23 is incorporated in a secondary bobbin 16 on which a secondary coil 17 is wound. The insulating case 18 comprising several projections 19 inside is provided with several holes 21 for leading out the terminals 22 on its upper plane, several fixing holes 20 fitting with the fixing clicks 15 of the primary bobbin 10 on its side plane. Accordingly, after assembly and mounting, a structure wherein the projections 19 are inserted among wound and soldered parts and the magnetic core is incorporated is obtained.
