PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a motor stator by forming a stator blank formed of a plurality of pole pieces which have circular holes for a rotor and are coupled with each other, mounting permanent magnets between the pieces and then increasing the hole. CONSTITUTION:A circular hole 13 for a rotor is previously formed at a stator blank 12 in which a plurality of pole pieces 15 are coupled by a coupler 17. Then, permanent magnets 15 are engaged with recesses 14 formed between the pieces 15, and bonded. Then, the hole 13 is increased to cut off the coupler 17, thereby increasing the diameter of the hole as a circular hole 13'. Thus, the formation of the hole 13' is facilitated to improve the magnetic efficiency by deleting the leakage magnetic flux by the removal of the coupler 17, thereby facilitating the manufacture. |
