The compressed air heater has a temp. feeler (12) acting as overheating protection, and an additional temperature feeler (23) as control element. Several heating cartridges (16) are combined to a heating core (14). The cartridges are fitted into the core, for good heat conductivity, but the cartridges are removable. Removal is via removal of the screw (20) at the base of the bore containing the cartridge, by mechanical or hydraulic pressure. USE/ADVANTAGE - Compressed air heater is small, fast and gives fast and exact temp. control.
