PURPOSE:To clean a disk without disassembling a cartridge by providing a shutter movable relative to the main body storing a disk and a cleaning member which is abutted or separated from the disk interlocked with the movement of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning member 22 is separated from a disk 6 face by the elastic force of a sheet spring 18 in case of the shutter 9 being in a full closed state. The shutter 9 is moved in X direction when a cartridge 2 is inserted into the apparatus main body 4. In this case the sheet spring 18 is moved with its sliding on the rail 8 having a conductivity to remove the dirt and dust existed on the disk 6 for the rotation of the disk 6. The cleaning member 22 and disk 6 are separated with the projecting part 20 of the sheet spring 18 being engaged with the recessed part 10 of the rail 8 in case of the shutter 9 being fully opened finally by moving in X direction.
