PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a transmission channel by assigning dynamically a sub frame in the line conecntration distribution system sending a signal in time division between a central unit and plural line concentration distribution terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:A signal is sent from the central unit l to line concentration distribution terminal equipments 2a-2n by the lst transmission line 3 and a signal is sent from the line concentration distribution terminal equipments 2a-2n to the central unit l by using the 2nd transmission line 4. Each signal is sent by the time division system where plural sub frmes are used as one frame, a line concentration distribution terminal designation signal ASG is provided to the frame from the central station to the line concentration distribution terminal equipments 2a-2n and a reply signal RSP is provided to the frame from each line concentration distribution terminal equipment to the central station. The control signals are used for measuring the transmission delay time and used to assign the said sub srame dynamically, that is, to assign each sub frame only to a terminal equipment requiring information transmission.
