PURPOSE:To make a lead groove and a terminal strip unnecessary and to facilitate winding and interconnecting operations, and further to enable mechanization by fitting coil bobbins divided into two in a magnetic core composed of a closed magnetic circuit by utilizing dividing parts of the bobbins and providing pin terminals directly on the coil bobbins. CONSTITUTION:A wind-start lead 9 is wound directly on a pin terminal 8 inserted to penetrate divided bobbins 3 and 5 in a manner it is not in contact with a magnetic core 1 and winding is performed by fitting of gear teeth 6 and 7. After completion of winding, a wind-finish lead is wound directly on the last pin terminal 8 and a winding part is soldered. After that, the pin terminal 8 is moved in opposite direction to the wound and soldered part. Accordingly, a lead groove is unnecessary and performances such as inductance, series resistance, etc. are not deteriorated. Also, by providing the pin terminals 8 directly to the bobbin, a terminal strip can be eliminated and the cost can be exceedingly reduced. Furthermore, mechanization can be contrived because winding operation and interconnecting operation are not disconnected.
