PURPOSE:To make a person attend a conference without going to the place where the conference is being opened by providing a personal unit in separating from a conference unit. CONSTITUTION:In case of attending a conference through the personal unit 2, a connection switch among control switches 1400 is turned on to connect to the conference unit 1. A signal from this control switch is transmitted from a sub-cobtrol unit 1500 to a control device 900 via the personal unit interface 1000. When this signal is acknowledged by the device 900, a drawing data is transmitted from the unit 1 to a plane displaying device 1150 via the interface 1000, and a voice data is to a voice output device 1300 similarly, and both signals are outputted respectively. Furthermore, the conference attendant attends the conference by inputting his voice by a voice input device 1200 and a drawing by a drawing by a drawing input device 1100.
