PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting magnet apparatus in which a room temperature effective space is not narrowed without increasing the size and weight of the apparatus by a method wherein a normal conducting coil which corrects the magnetic field induced by a superconducting coil is wound on the outer or inner diameter side of an inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A normal conducting corrective coil 9 is wound on the side of a vacuum heat insulating space 2 of the inner cylinder 1A of a cryostat vacuum container 1, i.e., on the oufer diameter side of the inner cylinder 1A and the current feeding wires 9A and 9B of the normal conducting corrective coil 9 are lead out into an external room temperature space through an airtightening member 11 fitted to an external cylinder 1B which constitutes the cryostat vacuum container 1 with the inner cylinder 1A. As the outer diameter side of the inner cylinder 1A is used as a winding frame of the normal conducting correcfive coil 9, a winding frame 8 is not necessary and the whole inner diameter side of the inner cylinder 1A can be utilized as a room temperature effective space 10A in which an object P is accessed and the room temperature effective space 10A which is not narrowed can be obtained so that an advantage that no size ristriction is required to the object P to be diagnosed. |
