PURPOSE:To facilitate the fine adjustment of the capacitance by using the capacitance formed by a stator electrode provided at one end face of a dielectric resonator and a rotor electrode provided to a rotor so as to coupling the dielectric resonator and a terminal pin. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 is provided to a lower face, a side face of the dielectric resonator l and to an inner circumferential face of a hole 3 and a sectorial stator electrode 4 connected to the electrode 2 at the inner circumferential face of the hole 3 is provided to the upper face. A rotor electrode 7 is provided to one face of the rotor 5 made of an insulator, the other face is connected closely to the dielectric resonator l turnably by a terminal pin 8 and a shaft 9. Since the rotor 5 is turned by turning the shaft 9 by a screw driver, the capacitance between the stator electrode 4 and the rotor electrode 7 is changed continuously and the variable change of the coupling capacitance between the dielectric resonator l and the terminal pin 8 is attained.
