CONSTITUTION:The power of a bettery 18 is supplied to a receiver via terminals S2,S1 only so far in response to the content of a prescribed area of a RAM 50 supervising an unconfirmed message and storing the flag for the unconfirmed message as supervisory information and a CPU controls so as to conduct a PNP transistor (TR) 2 via an output port, a resistor 5, an NPN TR 3 and a resistor 4. Thus, the power of the battery 18 is supplied to the receiver via the TR 2 independently of the position of a switch 20. Thus, even if the possessor of the receiver turns off the switch 20 in error regardless of the inconfirmed message stored in a memory 50, the content of the memory 50 is protected.
