摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effect efficient analysis with possible selection of specimen composition upon demand, by installing a fraction collector available for segregation of separated components and rinsing and degasing mechanisms in a path communicating said fraction collector with a flow-through cell. CONSTITUTION:Separations of components are conducted by supplying a specimen containing a plurality of components to a high-speed LC1 using a developing reagent and then, a component thus separated is deposited in a fraction collector 7 by a signal of a detector prepared for this purpose. Further, rinsing and degasing mechanism 8 which is provided with rinsing bottle and waste liquid bottle is installed in a flow path of a measure solution from the collector 7 to a flow-through cell 2 and sufficient rinsing effect is given by allowing a rinsing solution of the rinsing bottle to flow through connecting pipe and flow-through cell by switching a cock and thus, the conventional rinsing method with disassembled connecting pipe and flow-through cell is discontinued. High- efficiency 1R measurement can be done by separating only the component necessary for the fraction collector 7 and supplying only the specified component required for measurement to the cell 2.</p>
